Agent Xcelerator is a customer-specific training and support program designed to build internal AI agent development skills within an organisation. During the program, participants learn how to design, build, and manage Microsoft Copilot Studio agents through a practical, hands-on approach, while developing solutions tailored to their organization’s real and current business needs.
The program is a goal-oriented learning journey that combines theory with workshops, a hackathon, support clinics, and the development of participants’ own agents.
The program is for organisations that want to:
- Build internal AI agent development skills
- Identify and implement business use cases for AI agents
- Adopt best practices for AI agent usage
- Launch AI agent development within the organization in a structured and secure manner
The program is delivered as a customer-specific training. The typical duration is 1 to 3 months, depending on the objectives, number of participants, and overall scope of the program. The training includes online coaching sessions, hands-on workshops, a hackathon, and ongoing support throughout the program. The recommended maximum number of participants is 20.
Feedback from the training program:
- In a banking industry organisation, the program received an overall rating of 4.51/5.00, and participant satisfaction with the trainers was 4.73/5.00.
- “Both trainers are outstanding, both in terms of expertise and from a pedagogical perspective. I have never attended such a high-quality training! I am 52 years old and have been studying every year since I was 20, taking multiple courses at universities, universities of applied sciences, and professional training programs.”
- “Pace was good. Finally a course where I was able to finish an exercise. The exercise was clearly guided by trainer.”
- “More hands-on work than theory. A good balance between the two. Pleasant facilities and refreshments.”
